The dairy queen offers good ice cream. However, if you happen to have ordered their burgers in here, it might also be a disappointment. I’ve given them three tries on their burgers for giving them the benefit of the doubt that it could have been an off day. To mu dismay, the burgers came out cold each time. Flavor is nothing great. This is not a competition for In n Out at all, and the fries are ok.

First time here using the drive thru. Sunday evening. First impression, the employee taking my order had to say(mumbled) a “welcoming script” before I ordered that I could tell by the tone of their voice, didn’t care. At the drive thru window my interaction with the employee was pleasant. As to the food, I wouldn’t order food here again. Ice cream, maybe.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered sundaes and a chili cheese dog. Sundaes were fine but the chili cheese dog was TERRIBLE someone scraped burnt chili out of the bottom of a pan and slapped it on a shriveled hit dog it was disgusting and disappointing. Absolutely ridiculous how slow this place is. I’ve been stuck in the drive through and cannot leave because I’m blocked in both ways for over 30 minutes and the freaking ice cream isn’t even frozen its already melted . I’ve never had this issue before in my life.

Went through the drive through and the kid who took our order was so busy talking on the phone he could barely pay attention. He asked us to pull forward to get our meals, and 20 minutes later my husband had to go inside to see if it was ready. . . They had forgotten to bring our food out. They messed up half of the order and the food was cold.

Just went here and the kid at the front was completely toasted. Every single order was wrong and when fixing it they continued to get the order wrong. 4 of us didn’t get what we wanted. Total waist of money. Never choose this location. We couldn’t even ask for a refund because they had no idea what was going on.

The food is consistently good. Service is consistently quick. Very rarely do they mess up your order. I’d say 1 out of 20 times and it’s only sauces or something minor. Food is always fresh and good. Everything is typically on point at this Dairy Queen. You never have to wait long here either.

Ordered a cake and they did a GARBAGE job in the piping around the edges. The cakes inside the freezer in the front look great and then you pay for one and order it and it’s like they did it in 2 minutes. Really disappointed and will never use this location again
