I waited 12 minutes in the drive thru. While I waited there, I had to explain ” drive time” to my car mate. Helping them to understand why the team kicked us off the window while they cooked our food. Clearly, they didn’t want our order to affect their average. When our order finally arrived, the fries were cold and the burger I ordered without cheese, was full of it. 4 pieces of cheese to be exact(that’s a lot of cheese when you ordered none). We drove all the way home to find this cheese burger that was supposed to be a hamburger. When it’s this late, everyone is this hungry they just cry and try and eat, try and share it. But… then, two bites in comes a bread tie imbedded in the bottom bun. What a bummer. There was nothing I could do then to make anyone eat that plastic. This was too much money, too much time, too much energy for this to be ok.

Don’t think you can do a mobile order and pick it up on the drive thru. They make u go park and come inside. Go to the troutdale DQ they let you pick it up in the drive thru no problem…..

An absolute joke operationally. Ordered recently and they forgot both of the actual burgers on the order. Went back and got them and thought it would be a one-time fluke. Placed an order tonight and arrived and waited 30 minutes in the lobby and watched probably 20 cars be serviced and when we checked they hadn’t even started the order. Mind you this was even placed as an order online and checked in upon arrival so there was absolutely no excuse. I will never be returning here. Completely unacceptable.

Ordered 2 burgers a shake some pretzel sticks and a blizzard. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes after paying to get my food. I get home, my wife’s blizzard is melted and what do I find when I open the bag? 2 orders of onion rings. Not what I had ordered and at this point it’s not worth the 40 minutes round trip to go back. If I could give no stars I would, I won’t be going back.

Been out in sandy for a year. Eaten frequently at DQ. Usually service is good. Quality and consistency seem to very like with any fast food chain. Recently the quality has seem to take a dive. Burgers have been sloppy and missing ingredients but last night my wife bit into a large uncooked bbq chicken strip. 2 of the 4 chicken strips were raw. You can all but no one answers. Only reason I’m not giving it 1 star is that it’s only been recently the quality has dipped. Not sure what changed. I’ll go back for ice cream but that’s it.

I used to love this place. Have always had good service in the past but not anymore. Ordered a plain cone and a cherry dipped cone. Was very busy so we patiently waited. Eventually someone noticed we were still waiting and checked on our order. They said they don’t do cherry dipped. It’s right there on the menu! I asked to change it to plain. Dipped costs more than plain. I asked for the difference back. Employee was very annoyed with me for that, and grudgingly gave it to me. Ridiculous! They need to fix their menu and remove items they no longer carry.
