Two stars is being nice. We ordered the royal fudge brownie blizzard, two different days this week, and have explained about what is supposed to go in it (based off their site) since both times they have been throwing chocolate syrup in the center instead of the fudge that is meant to. It’s so frustrating to spend so much money on something and basically just be eating straight chocolate syrup… we also tried to kindly explain about the fudge versus syrup, as well as their consistencies to help them figure out what is supposed to go in this specific blizzard recipe. Unfortunately, they continue to just bring back out the same ice cream with chocolate syrup in the center… Please provide proper training to explain the difference between the different sauces, fudges, and syrups that you have as I know there are a lot. But it’s something that needs to be dealt with so you don’t have a bunch of wasted product.

I’m a blizzard fan. Almost too much. I’ve been to a lot of DQ’s, tried almost every blizzard made for the last 5 years. This store is by far the most disappointing. Somehow everytime the cup isn’t full and the blizzard isn’t mixed, it’s been consistently bad over a half dozen visits in the last 6 months. Maybe it’s just poor management, maybe they’re intentionally short changing customers but I won’t be going back anytime soon.

They really don’t have a clue as to what they are doing. Ordered a shake and they asked if I wanted whipped cream. I said no and got it anyway, sat at the drive thru window for 5 minutes then was asked to pull forward, so i did, waited another 10 minutes then went inside and waited another 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me while my food was sitting on the counter getting cold because they was waiting for French fries. Asked for my money back and was told I needed to bring in the change I received. Worst customer service I have ever had. I can guarantee that if I want DQ anytime soon I will drive to another city to get it.

Blizzard wasn’t fully mixed. Quite a bit of plain soft serve at the bottom. But this is a problem with just about every DQ I’ve ever been to so I can’t single this one out for it.

Ordered Choco Brownie Extreme blizzard. They gave me vanilla ice cream with Brownie blended into it, that’s it! I can understand if they were out of chocolate ice cream or chocolate chips. But they did not say anything about being out of those items. They could have at least mixed chocolate syrup in it. Bummer!

Ordered online thru the app. Can’t cancel the order if you can’t get there. Spent the next day trying to call the store number and all it does it ring and ring them hang up. I would like a refund of the money that was taken out of my account.

Fries that I got were undercooked and tasted odd There was a beard hair in my burger, so I neglected to eat both of my items and wasted my money. Staff wasn’t friendly and everyone seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Floor was very sticky as well.
