Very dirty. From the food prep, drinks and blizzards. floors coated in dirt and all the tables with trash left on them. Employees touching their hair and then food. I suggest a health inspection asap

I order a banana split and I realized the employee accidentally spit on the box as he was taking. I asked for a replacement and they refused to give me one on my initial concern. We had a long argument and all the staff were involved. Absolutely not professional, as a conclusion “dirty place run by high schoolers ”

Decently nice staff, but the most inefficient ordering I’ve ever seen. Seriously, I waited for like 5 minutes as they made the entire first person’s order in front of me and then took my order after making their entire order. As well, I came in and requested a cotton candy blizzard which they stated they do not sell until next month. Somehow literally 2 miles away from this dairy Queen. I was able to get a cotton candy blizzard yesterday. Can you explain that one please.

Waited for 40 minutes after (!!) ordering for 2 blizzards. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant hands down. Sack the management please, bring back a Dairy Queen your customers recognize 🙁

Been here twice before and after the release of the Covid emergency status. Air conditioning not used according to an employee and it was a balmy 86 degrees on the thermostat. Slowest service I have ever experienced for a Dairy Queen across multiple cities and states. Come here if you like to wait an extra 25 minutes during non-peak hours for your order. I can understaffed but they seem to have the same headcount as other locations that perform overwhelmingly better. Management and franchise owner, take note of your palpable lack.

Locked doors… leaving 8 Uber eat drivers stuck. We ended pounding on the door, and then they told us to go thru the drive-thru. Might I add that the lack of customer service while it was 102f wasn’t cool.

We came here right after my grandfather’s funeral. He loved Dairy Queen. The staff there were amazing at quickly making blizzards and fries and ice creams for the big family, the only thing I had a problem with was that it wasn’t very well air conditioned, but in the grand scheme of things the ice cream was worth it <3

I used to work here. They did not pay me for a full month, and ghosted me when I asked for scheduling. Also illegally make their employees clock out for 10 minute breaks, which is required to be a paid break. Never got a uniform either. I had to come in person to quit and get my final check. Which I then found the district manager wasn’t even aware I had tried to quit a week prior. Poor management, communication, and training. Barely got trained at all and had to figure it out. I do not recommend working or eating here. Spend your money elsewhere.

They have by far the slowest drive through I have ever been to anywhere, for any fast food franchise. If you go here expect that the drive through process will take around 30-40 minutes. First you will wait 20 minutes in the drive through line. Next you will wait 5 minutes at the speaker because they aren’t ready to take your order. Then You can expect it to take around 10-15 minutes to make your food. I really wish this was hyperbole but unfortunately it’s not. I also wish this was an isolated experience but this happens every time we go with very few exceptions. I’ll put it this way, if you have to drive 20 minutes further to get to a different Dairy Queen you would probably get your food quicker than going here. I wrote this entire review waiting for the line to move one car forward. Seriously…

Over all it was good! We stopped by to grab a quick dinner, but it ended up taking a while, they are probably short staffed but at least everything was fresh! Picture is of the Loaded A1 burger double.
