Extremely disappointing experience. Two employees were roughhousing (it almost looked like they were playing tag; they were behaving like children) outside the store near the garbage area. They then took off running (RUNNING) back into the store. Wait time wasn’t terrible but still slower than average. A lady took my payment in advance, but she gave me two prices she thought my Blizzard was, none of which were correct. I wasn’t offered a receipt (even though she said one would be provided) and I was charged more than she originally said I would be. This was upon asking for my total, which was never accurately provided before I asked. To top it all off, my Blizzard wasn’t mixed correctly, which resulted in way too much topping on the top and none on the bottom. Extremely unprofessional etiquette. I used to come here often but will now be taking my business elsewhere.

Kinda sad when you order online to avoid line and you go to pick up your food and they have the lobby door locked during business hours. Will not be getting food from here anymore. Until it’s fixed. While waiting in a line out to the street saw many people try to go in and leave. It’s sad that this is a thing. If I had not already paid for my food I would leave too.

If I could score lower, I would they screwed up my son’s order on June 2, sent three slices of cheese, no burger, I go there. The manager gives me three coupons and now it’s saying she’s only going to honor one coupon. Tell me how that’s good business. Will never go there again.

We placed an order through the app. It prompted us to go inside. It was busy and we were patient . The lady at the register was friendly. When our order came out it was wrong. We let her know (different lady)about our order and she seemed annoyed that she had to go correct it. Not long after a younger guy came out and called a number. No one claimed it so he just placed it on the counter to the side and left it. When I brought it to the attention of the employees I was told they didn’t have enough staff to personally deliver orders. (rudely)

Went a week or so ago, the manager on shift was super obnoxiously loud, messing around with the employees about buying her Dutch bros, whatever. But then noticed the homeless looking man in the lobby wasn’t just the homeless looking man in the lobby, it was her boyfriend. She would talk loudly to him while working and then asked him what he wanted to eat, she went and sat down with him while her employees were asking for their breaks, they were kissing and such over in one of the booths, kinda disappointing visit. While she as busy doing all of that, they got our order wrong, and then I went back to get the parts of my order they forgot and they brought it out to the table which was nice, but it was cold.

Went into to the store to get a Blizzard at 9pm. An employee met me at the counter and after some weird vibes from them, I asked if they were closing or if I had come at a bad time and they explained to me there would be a notable delay and advised me to go through the drive thru. Went through the drive thru and was the 5th in line. I ordered a meal and a sundae. I had my food in around 4 minutes! Friendly staff and food was really good and hot. Cold food was cold lol Great job keizer DQ!
