Tonight I went to get some blizzards and I made my order before I drove to the front window I tried to fix something on my order but the lady was short and rude with me about it, when I got up to pay I asked her and she was short and said ya. I got the blizzards and told her one was messed up and was supposed to be a medium not a mini she got upset and said okay. I could hear her and the other workers talking through the head set laughing. As I was leaving I asked her when their manager is in and she said “that’s a good question I’m not sure have a good day” and slammed the window shut on me. I left and then realized she didn’t give me my medium cone so I went back at first she was nice until she saw it was me and was short and rude again. This is the second time I have gone here and first time I was here they were rude and short. I have had other people tell me they haven’t had good experiences at this location either.

My dad and i stopped by to grt lunch and ordered on the app. We waited for about five minutes and they informed us it would take another 15 minutes. So, we took a seat and patiently waited listening to other people order and didn’t hear our name for about 30 minutes. We went up to the counter and patiently waited for one of the workers to be free, he immediately thought we were trying to be rude and was going to refuse to give us our food we’d paid for. Then explained that he called out and no one showed up. Obviously he didn’t actually call out and he clearly didn’t try very hard, the food was already cold by the time we got it. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of deescalating the minor situation, (we were just confused) he tried escalating the issue and instigate an argument. Gave us tiny chicken strips with a small amount of fries as well

This place is like a rite of passage. It’s been here longer than most people that live in this town. Located right next to the emergency room you can have your heart attack knowing you’ll be taking good care of. Lol, enjoy!

Soooo horrible location for parking and entrance to start you go inside it’s dirty and super unfriendly staff who put their fingers inside of the drink glasses before giving them to you and when you ask for a glass they didn’t put their fingers in they give you a dirty look. Ordered a medium hot fudge sundae and it was super small and the same size as the person in front of me who ordered a small. The lady at the counter then told me that she actually gave me a large. LOL! This place doesn’t need more training it needs a whole new staff. You can see just how small my sundae is in the pictures without even taking one bite. We won’t be back and I’ll make sure other know to avoid this location as well. AND they missed part of our order at this point I think it was a good thing we didn’t get any actual food (part of the order they missed)we may have gotten sick from their lack of hygiene. Super disappointing

Rude employees that will literally ignore you while you wait to place an order. Excessive wait time (20 min my last order) for food and overall a very dirty restaurant. Doesn’t matter if the place is busy or not, it never gets better at this location.

They fire people for physical disabilities. I don’t feel like I need to say more. Foods mid but the managers are terrible people who take joy in knowing that they’re short-staffed but discriminating against disabled people.
