Not happy with this place at all. Heading north we stopped at this place about 30 40 minute’s ago. I ordered the 6 peace chicken bite meal and paid $8.09 for this and the taste it’s like plastic and feels like rubber.

I’ve been here quite a few times, every time the service has been excellent. The drive thru people have always been polite and friendly, the food is delicious. It usually takes awhile to get thru the drive thru section due to the other vehicles but it’s worth the wait. I highly recommend the new peanut butter cup extreme blizzard, it’s delicious.

Foods good when your able to get. Me and friends have all had similar experiences where if you pull up 30 minutes or less before closing they say they have everything shut down already. 5 minutes with no one in site I get but twice my husband has gone down to get us food 30 minutes before they were closed and told that it was all shut down for the night. Big disappointment.

Long lines tried to order by phone and was told we could go thru the drive thru, was not going to stay in line when it was moving slow and was long, we left and came back later, but the line was still long for us finely got to the window with our truck over heating due to the long line. Got our food and took it home, got the new chicken basket with fries and toast, food was good. Service was good. They just need to make it easier to order your food on line or by phone and bring it to you when the line is so long going around and out to the street. Or let you order in side and pay in side and they would bring it out to you when done. Other wise it was good food bad set up to get.

Always pleasant and even when the line is our of the parking lot the employees do their best to get us through the line with our food. My one complaint… you ALWAYS forget the marinara sauce for my cheese curds. Its little in comparison to everything else good about this location. However Definitely frustrating

Are you kidding me! The drive thru service was horrific at best. They ignored half of what I said. Had to continually repeat myself. Had to listen as she reprimanded someone while we were in line. Finally got our ordered placed, got to the window and paid. Got offered ranch said yes just to be told its a .50 charge per container. Told them no since this wasn’t an option when we ordered amd paid. Then listened as they joked around and complained while we were still there. Got back to the hotel and the food was cold except the onion rings. Worst Dairy Queen I have ever been and I travel a lot. When back in this area will avoid this place!

The visit last night provided very slow drive thru times and they were out of bananas for banana splits (they said they were so green, they couldn’t be peeled) but their strawberries were not green so ended up with a strawberry sundae. The slow service, albeit friendly, and the fact they weren’t serving banana splits is the reason I’m choosing 3 stars.
