We were the only customers and the staff was spending their time cleaning and making sure the store looked nice. The teller who took our order was very friendly. Overall it was a breath of fresh air for stopping at a fast food restaurant on our road trip!

Ordered a meal through the drive though… had to go back and get napkins… who doesn’t give napkins out with food. Especially in the drive though… burger was also flavorless. I miss the old DQ.. years ago they were so good. And the seasoning that they used to put on the fries too

Ordered online for delivery and chose the gravy option for the chicken baskets and did not get any gravy for two baskets. Also what happend to the toast that comes in said baskets, they used to be something so good to look forward to but now the toast just taste like plain toast out of the toaster rather then the flavorful toast they had just a year ago

Very rude! Closed 6 minutes early, didnt have there open sign up but refused to answer us at the drive thru imtercom and laugh at us as we sat in the window. We litterally saw them turn open sign off, then they ignored us. Not even a sorry were closed or anything, just haha smitks at us sitting there. We got there before u closed, we got there before u shut ur open sign off and we have video of u guys treating a customer so rudely and i will be contacting management.

This Dairy Queen is very irritating.. There were 2 cars in the drive thru and then myself.. The two cars in front of me ordered, I pulled up to place my order and they told me they were Closed. It was 9:20 PM. They do not close till 930.. Won’t be going there again?

I went to DQ tonight to order and at the drive through I was told they would be with me in a moment then did not return for about 5 minutes. I asked if someone was there and the cashier said in a really snarky and slow condescending voice “ I’ll be right with you” and then nothing for 10 minutes. I was waiting with my window rolled down and it started to snow hard and there was silence from the intercom for a good while and I asked if they would take my order and they said their systems were down. I drove up to the window and gently suggested that they say that from the beginning instead of just asking people to wait and disappearing for 15-20 minutes at the speaker. The girl rolled her eyes and then told me to have a good night. I believe they took the order from the person who was in line behind me and they were really rude. They made me feel bad because I wasted my time waiting patiently and they didn’t say anything about the system going down and acted very rude in tone of voice and mannerisms. They would not have told me the system was down if I hadn’t asked and I don’t feel like they were being honest about it.

I loved going to this location but now it’s all little punks giving you a wrong TOTAL,I ordered a small shake 4.75 and pretzel sticks 6.00 when I got to the window they told me 14.78 for my order um no that doesn’t add up at all that adds up to 10.75….Thats not okay to add extra money/ tip/ etc…White city location just lost a customer…
