Shout out to the manager! Excellent customer service. My daughter and I stopped for dinner. The food was good but the customer service was fantastic. The manager was very attentive, stopped by our table to see if we needed anything, or wanted to order ice cream after our meal.. He even cleared our table when we finished and said goodbye to us as we left. Keep up the good work!

It seems like DQ has reduced the portion size of the chicken tenders. Plus fries were not hot. Hot fudge sundae was good but not as much hot fudge.

I have to say this is probably the worst experience I have ever had with dairy queen. I had to constantly repeat myself as I order. I ordered a banana split and was told there was no more bananas. As we pull up to the window there was a banana in the window, I asked isn’t that a banana and the girl said “I dont know where that came from and laughed”. Manager on duty on April 16at four pm talked to my wife and told us to get out and my one daughter never got her blizzard for .85 at all.will not be back for awhile because of how we were treated.we have been going there for at least five years with no issues.the 0.85 said on app per customer and that’s all my wife was trying to tell the manager and he refused to help situation better so that Manager needs to be reprimanded or something before I ever come back to your location.

Simply the very best in Oregon, I love the staff they always help me get the perfect treats for birthdays, party’s, myself they do amazing decorating on the cupcakes and cakes and the staff totally make it worth the extra drive and a plus they are never out of prefrozen cakes cupcakes ect. Bath rooms always clean dining area as well and they have never gotten any of my orders wrong. You can tell by all this the owners really care and the quality of the staff and food seals the deal . Thankyou for yr smiles and hard work…and by the way my mom’s 4 pack of cupcakes was the gift that kept giving all month long Win
