The flowers they have outside are so beautiful. Bees all over them and it just made me happy to see somewhere with all those big flower bushes. It makes a bigger difference than you’d think! 🙂 But… the customer service this time was very sad. We went in and ordered just a vanilla ice cream and literally stood there for a good 15 minutes waiting for our order. I got their attention and asked how it was going with the order and the reply was that they thought it was a “make later” order so they never started… I was literally standing there waiting in a visible spot. I’m not sure what made them think that I wanted it later but it was definitely a “Should have had a V-8” moment for them.

Came by before 7 and the employees had both doors locked and none of them would come to the door. Sign says open until 10 and the open sign was on as well . They just stood there and stared. Nothing stating the inside was closed. It was stated they locked the doors over an hour ago when we go through the drive through. . I advise going to the other dairy queen 2 miles away. Much nicer and lobby is open until 9.

Food isn’t good and they service isn’t great. I wouldn’t go here for a good time. This food is just if you need it not if you want a nice snack. They have good blizzards tho but no energy. I payed $22 for a sauced and tossed chicken box and a standard one. First. Way expensive for chicken and bread with fries. Second, service was not great. Third. Literally every single time I place a mobile order with this location, they only prepare the ice cream and deny any other items (sides, burgers) were ordered. I have to show proof of my purchase with a screenshot or email. How can you have record of only part of my order every time?

2nd time this happened with order. Get home no salads like we ordered and a burger was missing. Couldn’t go back and get it fixed had an appointment we couldn’t miss. Gave my food to my daughter.

Not coming back to here that is for sure. We ordered two orders of chicken and they gave us one tiny half filled ranch cup. When I asked for 2 more they said they were fifty cents each. the one we had wasn’t even full.bathrooms shut down too…ugh. not the way to win customers.
