Very busy Dairy Queen! We came for an ice cream treat and hoped for it to be quick. The down side was the wait for service. The employees on staff all were hustling and trying to keep up with the lines of people inside and at the drive through. We placed our order, and received our order within a convenient amount of time. The inside dining area was a little messy as the employees were trying to make the orders for the customers.

Was in the drive thru at 9:35. They were busy as always which was no surprise. What did surprise me is the fact that they took the order from the car in front of me (at about 9:55) and i was next at the speaker. I sat at the speaker from 9:55pm until about 10:02. I then called the store (knowing that they technically close at 10pm) and asked if i was going to be served along with the other 4 cars behind me. The young guy on the phone answered and i asked if i was going to be served and that they had another 4 or so cars behind me. I was told “well we are closed now so we wont be taking your order” he sounded extremely rude and then i was hung up on. I dont care who you are, if you work in customer service of any sort, at least find some compassion and try to resolve the issue at hand. Of course i was there quite close to closing time and that’s on me. But too lose out on 5 or 6 car loads of customers.. and to be rude about it.. c’mon. Im not sure I will be going back, and we are there 2 to 3 times a week. But i dont have time to deal with people who dont seem to have the time to give to me. I wish i had a better review, but until this situation of lack in ethics is resolved, i wont be back, and there are quite a few people in the area that i will make sure to let know of the situation as this isnt the first incident we have had. You may not “need” our business, but it would be great to have the business wanted and not put by the wayside. Hopefully things improve.

Food we order was not correct my daughter ordered apple sauce with her food and she got fries. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with only tomatoes and lettuce and I had pickles on it. I mean c’mon now. Kids did get there free cones after they had their food.

Dead bugs on every windowsill and flat surface. Many many dead bugs. Please just have someone clean once a week. Staff were young, busy gossiping instead of serving customers, and the restaurant was not being kept clean. Not one table was wiped by staff the whole 20 mins we sat there. Also the freezer that usually holds the dilly bars was broken, empty, and dark.

I just went through the drive thru and ordered a blizzard, halfway home I realized there was a huge hole in the side of the cup. My husband called the store and there was apparently no manager or assistant manager to talk to. The worker didn’t offer anything to fix the issue other than excuses. So disappointing.

Cashier Maria was very rude, has horrible customer service and doesn’t seem to listen very well when customers are speaking very clearly and repeated the order for what I wanted. Dairy Queen should really make sure their staff is well trained or have employees who actually want to work

It seemed the staff was preoccupied with messing around, at one point the young lady was laughing almost uncontrollably while trying to take my order in the drive-through. This was the 3rd time they messed up our order, and also failed to give us our sundae vouchers.
