Floors were sticky and bathrooms were dirty. Three staff standing at the counter talking and completely ignore us- no acknowledgement. Ordered 2 burgers barely warm and ketchup and mustard all over. My husbands burger came out with bacon. He did not order a burger with bacon. Then went to the counter to order ice cream and was ignored again until the 3 kids were done with their conversation. One kid stood at the register with his back to my husband – no one acknowledged him for 3-4 minutes. Good thing we live out of town and we’re just passing through.

Took a long time to order even though there was no line. Stood a while with no acknowledgement. Had to tell the girl I couldn’t hear her several times, maybe time to reconsider the plastic barrier. They were out of hotdogs for the kids meal. Then they gave the kids their ice cream cone before their food came out. Checked the two cheeseburgers and one had 2 pickles the other 5? The food was ok. I’m most annoyed about giving kids ice cream before food.

I ordered online so that my husband could go in and out being with have 4 kids wanting ice cream and us well when we got there nobody but us where there he went in about 2 mins later cars started flooding the drive through and im not sure why all the car go their ice cream before my husband did. Then they didn’t even give him a cup hold or anything he had to make a few trip to the car and they kept making him wait in between trips. Then to top the WORST experience we have had the ice creams were super smaller then normal.. taste good still but bad time!!

Maybe I’m used to the hours where I live, but I hardly expected the dining room to be closed at 8pm on a Saturday night! There was a whole line of cars in the drive thru, and people still in the lot. Seems like you’re missing out on some business there; at least on the weekends. Our DQ, drive thru AND dining room are open until 10pm, and busy until closing.

Google page said open to 930 pm. Door said open until 930 pm. We drove out of our way to get there. We used the restrooms and were told after we couldn’t be there because the lobby was closed. It was 850 pm. We apologized and said the door was unlocked. We asked if the drive thru was open and they said for 5 more minutes. We ran out to our car to get in the drive thru. The drive thru said they were now closed and they shut off the lights. It was 8:55pm.
