Stopped in for blizzards. Currently they have some yummy specials. I got the s’mores blizzard. It was pretty good but they definitely not as full as I get at my local DQ. I usually get the rounded lid and it’s full.

Worst customer service ever! Waited over 10 minutes just for acknowledgement, no one was friendly at all, my order wasn’t done, ice cream was done sitting on the counter, melting, placed in a cup holder, they don’t fit and almost fell out on the floor, peanut buster parfait with 3 peanuts on it. Just wow.

Oh my goodness this place is terrible. The drive through employee basically yelled at me in the middle of my order. They forgot fries on two chicken baskets and he yelled at us again saying the fries were under the chicken (which they were not) because it wasn’t even in a basket like it normally is… no toast, no gravy, no dipping sauce. The soda tasted like it had been sitting out for 3 days. I called and asked for a refund and the guy on duty said Michelle his DM doesn’t allow him to do refunds? I’ve been coming here since the late 90’s. I know times are hard but not that hard. I want my money back, the burgers were literally not edible. I feel like I just got robbed for 50 bucks. Do not go here. You will probably get sick. I’m not kidding. Look at the photos. These burgers looked microwaved. No joke. I’ll be calling back on Sunday to talk with another manager that has permission to give refunds. I included my receipt on the photos with the order number. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

The service was great, and the employees were nice. The chicken sandwich I got must have been sitting under the heat lamp for too long. It was like trying to eat a piece of jerky with no flavor what so ever, I never knew that a hamburger bun could get that rubbery, and a couple hours later, I’m nauseous… hopefully, I don’t have food poisoning from this disgusting excuse for a chicken sandwich…

I stopped here for blizzards and they were super expensive. I ordered a s’mores blizzard and the girl said they were out of graham cracker crumbs and I said thinking I could maybe add something else to it but they said they had to charge me 1.00 which would make my medium frosty almost 8.00! No thanks! I personally thought that was bad service to charge me when one of the ingredients is missing from what I ordered. I am cool with Daisy Queen, the prices are ridiculous.

I love dairy queen but I hate when you’re the fourth car in line and they make your Sundae as soon as you order it instead of when you get to the window so it turns out to just be hot fudge vanilla soup.

Ordered 4 Choco-dipped Strawberry Blizzards, and the chocolate pieces were almost nonexistent. As far as the strawberries, two of the blizzards had no strawberries, and the two that did, only had two small pieces. These blizzards were basically all just softserve ice-cream.
