The person who took the order at the drive thru kept saying “yup” after everything I said. The order was wrong (tried to give us a medium chocolate shake when we ordered medium strawberry- they made the strawberry but it was a small) the fries were warm (not hot) and the blizzard was not mixed at all on the bottom so the last ½ was all just vanilla ice cream. Bought a kids meal and my kiddo wanted the cone that comes with it. He asked Berry politely if they could dip it in chocolate for him and they flat out refused. Said they will charge him extra and they can’t just dip a cone. Seriously?! It’s a kids cone. Very disappointing!!!
