Customer service sucks. I came in at 9pm an was refused service. It wasn’t the fact that they couldn’t serve me that upset me it was how it was said. They’re all very young men and not terrible workers. The food is still good an they do attempt to smile n say have a good day or night. Nothing too crazy nice though!

A while ago, I read a review about this restaurant and it was not very good. But it also was not very current. Before reading said review I ate there 2times and both times I had no problem so I figured that whoever wrote that terrible review did so quite a while ago however, things do change with time and the place was clean and the food was great and the people who worked there were polite and courteous so I gave them 5 stars if they were that bad and they changed that much it implies that they made the effort to change and it says a lot

This franchise seems to be poorly managed. I’ve given it a chance a handful of times and won’t be back. The cones and blizzards are usually soupy and the add ins are never mixed through. I’ve had cold food. The Staff are usually chit chatting with each other, miss requests and are short in responses and help. Not great customer service. Tonight, I sat behind a car at the window for 8 minutes that was getting a lot of hot food. Once I got to the window I was handed two soupy blizzards that had just been sitting and one was only about 75% full. Staff should have had the car pull forward to wait to help move the long line along. Avoid this location.

Terrible service! They messed up our order and the young lady running the register was completely rude. To top it all off when we got home it was discovered that we didnt even get our entire order. Next time I am feeling that craving for a blizzard I will be going to a different location.

The whole situation seemed off. The person taking my order seemed angry and like they were troubled to even take my order. I typically don’t make reviews like this, and like to commend good service. However, our entire order was either wrong or awful. My son’s banana split was a puddle of soup, his hotdog was a wrinkly raisin. My husband and I both ordered the double with bacon combo and received a single with no bacon (not even on the menu guys!). Really regret stopping here, we typically only go to the DQ in Marysville. They have always been awesome. Definitely won’t make this mistake again. Bad vibes all around.
