Bad Wives Club Tacoma WA
Stop by on 8/15/2023 to treat my Grandson to lunch. They weren’t busy at all! Had to park and wait for the burger, they brought it out a couple of minutes later. By the time I was able to eat it I found that it was an old cold burger, the bacon was not even warm. Called to talk to the manager and she could of cared less. Told to come back and would remake my food as they had a new person on the grill! I declined to travel all the way back to have them remake my food! Toss the mess into the garbage! Probably saved myself from getting food poisoning! If you choose to eat there make sure you check all your food before leaving! Do better Dairy Queen as making people sick off your food isn’t cool!

2 times we have had burgers that were old and or reheated in the microwave. The cheese was hard around the burger but super hot in center and pickles were even hotter.

I was here for a DD and UE delivery, and the place was a disaster . The lead should have been helping her crew mates get orders prepared instead of talking and using her iPad or phone. The customer in front of me was not happy either about the POOR customer service as well.. kinda disappointing to be honest I love this place but not after today! Yikes

Since sometime in early 2022 they changed there patties. It now tastes like the middle school lunch hamburgers with a rubbery texture. The fries are still good, but way too expensive for the very small portion size you get. Also the portion sizes of everything has been shrinking again. Pay almost 20 bucks for a middle school lunch quality with the quantity of a penny pincher.

Worst experience ever in a dairy queen the girl behind the counter didnt even acknowledge the 10 customers cause she kept playing on a tablet all the people in back working not 1 not even a manager came to help the customers up front and i sware me and my wife watched 10 or more people walk out because no one said a word to them it yook us 35 minutes and i finally asked a guy in the kitchen to come take my order the girl still playing on her tablets yes 2 tablets instead of helping customers and then afyer 30 more minutes of waiting we finally got the 4 blizzards we ordered she brought all 3 out in her hands and just handed them to us no carrying tray or anything dis not tip them over to see how thick they were or anything just said here and then handed us the other and we checked them and found 2 of them were wrong but said whatever its not even wotth sitting here any longer we will definitely not do this ever again i will buy the stuff to make it at home horrible service

Lobby smelt like raw sewage. Order took 15 minutes to get a burger and fries. Order came out wrong and when I spoke to a worker, Justin, he basically told me that this is what I ordered and offered me no customer service and said I could leave and call someone named Ron. If I could put negative stars I would.
