If I could give them no stars that’s probably what they would deserve. I ordered 4 blizzards for my family but I might as well have ordered milkshakes “We Defy Gravity” <---- particular to this location... they don't, as they literally seeped through the cup... could you imagine if I hadn't asked for lids!? The kid that rang us up... it would be helpful if you knew our order as you handed it out the window vs I think this is oreo and here you go, followed by I don't know what this one is . I had to ask for spoons..."oh yeah, uh 4"...I mean you handed us 4 milksh...I mean blizzards right? Unfortunate, we really enjoy DQ and the convenience of this location couldn't be better... next time though, I'll pass!

My curbside pick up te was 6:13pm. I arrived 6:09pm. No one brought out my meal. I decided to go through the drive through at 6:20pm. Horrible experience. I finally got to the window at 6:29, my food is at the window. I was told my meal was ready since 6:11pm. I asked them to make it over because I know it’s not hot. It’s 6:35pm and I’m just getting my food. Had I known this I would have not placed my order in advance.

Worse food I have ever tasted it at a dairy Queen The fries were soggy I asked them to fix new fries they were soggy too I asked for a chicken sandwich and I got a chicken tender sandwich was not worth $12 The whole meal came to $18 cuz I bought fries fish sandwich and they claim they switched out the drink for a blizzard and the blizzard wasn’t all that either I will never ever go there again I could have bought groceries with that $18.

Normally LOVE DQ, and typically have had a good experience at this location. However, the last few times my husband has gone to pick up a quick dinner, it has been very busy at this location and then when we get our food (typically chicken strip basket), you can tell that in a rush to help customers, they didn’t cook the food all the way. French fries will still have a frozen quality to them and are clearly not cooked all the way through, not to mention that you get the smallest handful of fries. The chicken seems slightly undercooked, and the breading has a very blonde quality to it like it wasn’t fried long enough. This is AFTER asking us to pull to the front and wait more than 5 minutes for our order (small order for 2 people). If we’re being asked to pull out of the drive-thru and wait for food, you assume it’s being freshly cooked and that doesn’t seem to be the case.

My s/o went through the drive through to grab us something to eat real quick and someone’s acrylic apparently landed in my food . Specifically on my chicken strip. I think this is extremely gross like do they not wear gloves while handling the food ? I will no longer be eating here

I Used to LOVE Dairy Queen Burgers but the past few times I’ve ordered from this location the burgers just fall apart & taste stale. Idk what is going on with the quality of the burgers but they just aren’t as good as they used to be. Please do better Dairy Queen I miss your old ways!!!

Our chicken was frozen and our blizzards runny. I watched the manager throw food back at the cook! They had multiple customer complaints about incorrect or poorly made food. This was a terrible experience and we won’t return.
