This location is horrible. I have never seen a dirtier prep station in my life. It’s no wonder they almost gave me a life threatening allergic reaction by being unsafe about keeping allergens separate and not cleaning their blizzard machines consistently. When I alerted staff that I found a peanut in my chocolate malted milkshake they smirked and told me it was my fault because I should have told them I had an allergy. I said that I didn’t think I needed to since I didn’t order a product with peanuts in it and I felt like they were blaming me for their mistake. Every other DQ I’ve been to has cleaned their blizzard machines between prepping drinks and kept clean workstations. There was so much cross-contamination happening. There are no health or safety standards or concerns at this location. It took forever to even get our milkshake and blizzard and then we got horrible service and snarky attitude from employees when I very politely brought up my concern. They need to train the people working here to keep healthy food safety standards and show basic respectful customer service skills.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this branch, We went in to order some blizzards, while ordering felt a little bit odd. Looks like the employees had a long day or something. Also, the blizzard ice cream, for some reason they are not the same as before, they are really sweet , so sweet, we couldn’t eat them not sure what change. Hopefully it’s just today.

This place is ridiculous! I went thru the drive thru and when I pulled up to order I was the second car in the drive thru, and the first car was already at the pick up window when I pulled up to order. I ordered a single cone. That’s it, nothing else. I pulled forward and waited behind the car that was already at the window for 12 fricken minutes!! I figured the car ahead of me must have a HUGE order… NOPE!! When handed their food they had 2 drinks and one bag of food!! Then, when I got my single cone it was TINY! Like a child’s size cone at most places! It didn’t even fill up the top rim of the cone!! I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again!

This Dairy Queen is the only one in a 50 mile radius. They used to be better but the new owners and new staff still don’t have it together. They screw up orders, the wait is ridiculous, and they need to learn to sequence food. You can’t make the Blizzards first then drop chicken strips in the fryer to cook. I have to send my Blizzards back most of the time to have them remade. I have no idea why I keep coming back here. Probably because it’s the only Dairy Queen in 50 miles. And sometimes you just want a blizzard. My advice is don’t order anything except ice cream here. I’m missing items every time I go. I grew up with DQ down South and this one is not even close to comparing to any of those in terms of price, service, and quality.

I went in for a strawberry Julius, but they no longer serve them, so I got a strawberry blizzard instead. Their counter was dirty, and the workers were bumping into each other with cones touching others’ sleaves. Eeww! They didn’t make me ones, just dipped them and passed them out the window. Nope, I’m done.

I have never had to wait 35 minutes for 2 ice creams. The guy in front of us had 4 ice creams and no food. He waited 15 minutes. Then they said the machines where broken. Wow! They should have shut down the line at drive through before we waited 35 minutes.

This Dairy Queen has really changed in the last couple months it seems like, we waited 30 minutes for blizzards and then they were super melted, dripping. The banana split was watery like crazy, when I asked for a new one the guy said it would be a 20 minute wait because he ” wasn’t going to make me a new banana split until he was done with every other order.” So disappointed because this used to be a fav spot for ice cream.

This place gets busy, with that sometimes you have to wait. But every time we have had to wait, food was always hot, delicious and worth the wait. Ice cream is good. Have had some of the best blizzards come from here.
