My wife ordered an ice cream cake with ingredients and lettering especially for my birthday. She gave them four days before pickup, and it wasn’t in the freezer case when she arrived. The person didn’t deny that the order was received, but said to just get one out of the case. My wife asked what the point is of having special orders on the website if they don’t fill them, but the person was dismissive about the issue. This was the senior person on duty, at least age-wise.

Maybe it’s just Yakima, but this was so sketchy. The kids didn’t seem to care what was going on around them. They weren’t rude but the service was just so so. The food was good though. There was a guy that was heavily under the influence of something and he was beginning everyone for money. No one asked him to leave but it was sketchy. We were on a road trip so I don’t think I will be back there. Good luck to the crew.

Bad service on multiple occasions. Constantly forget to give me everything I ordered making me have to go inside. They always forget the sauce I ordered at the drive-thru window. They’ve given me the incorrect drink before and the wrong size of cup. I ordered the $7 meal and asked for the Sundae coupon and they refused to give me one. Overall bad service and you should never go through the drive-thru because majority of the time they’ll not give you everything you ordered making you have to go inside.

It’s clean. Service is slow. We ordered 2 singles, one with cheese and one without. Both came with cheese. The second was missing mustard. No mustard packets. By the time someone scooped me some mustard, my lukewarm burger was cool. Not a fan, my 5 year old granddaughter loved her very expensive mini Oreo blizzard. $4.59
