I just got home from going there maybe 15 minutes ago and all I can say is it’s the third time they’ve messed up and it’ll be the last time I go there ever again, nor will my family and every friend or person I can stop from going there. I ordered a small chocolate blizzard with fudge and brownie bits as well as a small order of fries and they repeated the order back to me. When I finally got to the window they handed me a small chocolate slop that wasn’t turned upside down because if they did it would have gooped all over the place had they tried and the total came to over $12! I asked where are my fries and they didn’t have any fries on the order even though they repeated it back to me, they just wanted $12 for a small chocolate blizzard. Even with tax I don’t see how a small Blizzard could have come for $12, maybe $7, and that is just outrageous. That $5 markup I consider as a goodbye tip. Make sure they remember to give you a receipt should you risk going here, because you’re likely going to need a refund or something wrong with your order to be corrected. I’m curious how long they expect the public to put up with this before that location ends up closing down.

Dining area floor was sticky. Tables, walls, and chairs had dried condiments on them. windows dont look like they been cleaned in a while. Weeds growing near front door. For being a new store not much effort being made to keep it looking that way.

This place has really good food and really great prices, but the employees are so lazy and forgetful. The last two times I went here they have messed up our order. But for some reason today we got an extra fry, so I can’t complain about that.

Ordering food was very hard due to attendant was preoccupied. Flies everywhere and very poor service. I had ordered the barbecue chicken basket and we were alone in restaurant. The food came cold and not enough barbecue sauce. I went up front to get more and an employee asked me what I had got I said chicken please give me barbecue sauce he was very rude and acted as though I was stealing something. I won’t go there again

This is the worst DQ I’ve ever been to. There is no customer service at all. You can stand in the lobby for 15 or so minutes and nobody will talk to you, drive-thru is just as bad. It seems like nobody knows what they’re doing. Sometimes the owners are there and they’re just as bad.

My cheeseburger was smothered in mustard, not appealing, and the meat was dry. Two of us ordered the same cheeseburger, but one with no pickles. They weren’t marked, so we had to figure it out. Isn’t that what the diagram on the wrapper is for? And the girl at the window barely made contact, no smile or greeting.

I ordered 2 burgers. One with cheese and no pickles, one without cheese and extra pickles. Both had cheese. No mustard on one of them. There are no mustard packets so I had to go to the counter to get mustard in a to-go cup. I got way more than I needed but my lukewarm burger was chilled when I finally got to eat it. Based on my previous experience at this location, this was par for the course.

First time at this location and I won’t be coming back. Drive thru girl was very nice. We were asked to pull forward to wait for our food, thats fine we did. 20 minutes later I was handed my chicken strip basket. While handed it, the box had more grease on the outside then the inside even had. I had to go inside ask for a bag to put it in as I was not going to sit that on my seat, the manager didn’t even apologize, instead rudely handed me a new box and said nothing. Didn’t offer to transfer the food or even open the box up.

I got my u we wars delivered I ordered a chicken strip basket I ordered and got charged for extra gravy. My order got here and not one gravy arrived the food had absolutely no flavor and when I called to tell them the girl that answered didn’t even really seem to care. Never again
