Management needs to add a door alarm to alert workers in the back because we were standing at the counter for at least two full minutes before any employees noticed we were in the otherwise-empty restaurant. Once we were noticed, there was no obvious hurry to come to the counter.

Drive thru on a Friday night. Passing through and stopped for food. Service was quick, line was about 6 cars ahead and a few behind and still got through quickly. Friendly service too. Thanks.

What to say I have so much to say first. Tuesday march 28th 2023 it’s supposed to be open hours are from 10am-9:30pm going to get something to eat at Dairy Queen in Grandview at around 5pm and it’s completely closed wen there suppose to be open till 930 and also the employees and even the manager are rude and unprofessional!!!!

The Employees and food were EXCELLENT, But PLEASE go back to your regular menu. It is so confusing now. All I wanted was a Classic Cheeseburger meal and tbh I’m not even sure it was on the menu but I ordered it and received it so I’m happy lol.

Always great food and blizzard. They also have some of the best fries. However they seem busy enough to make money but they can’t repair their menu sign outside? Makes the place look bad but the food is still good.

Been going here for years. The worst service last night. The fryers we’re supposedly down. Ordered 11 of the meal deals was told the fryer are down. Did not get Fry’s and nothing was offered to substitute that. Charged full price and paid over 83 dollars for not even a full meal. The food was cold. The sundaes were melting when we got them soda getting warm and ice was melting. Manager was not helpful at all and hiding in the back of the restraunt had an employee talking on her behalf. This was the worst service I have had at this store. This is the last time I go to this store. Left a bad review from the reciept survey also.
