The store was out of everything I ordered on the app. No chicken, no slushes, not all the ice cream. No one would take a message to pass to management and who knows where the complaint to the app goes. Hopefully my refund processes. The was no confirmation to the cancelled order.

Shout out to the crew there this evening; John, Matthew, Lilly and Dustin. Place was VERY understaffed, with a million people order at drive through and lobby, and this crew was working hard and polite- even w a few impatient (rude) customers. Awesome team that deserves recognition for a hot and crazy day….they also need a few more hands assisting!

Bad atmosphere. Firstly, the dude swiping our gift card had greasy hair and did not smell good. We waited 20 minutes, but finally left. The person working with the food was not wearing any hair net or hat. He eventually went to the bathroom WITH HIS APRON ON. That is disgusting if you ask me. And any servsafe training says to take your apron off before going to the bathroom. On top of this it gross that they put there fingers all over the spoons and not wash there hands.

They were out of many menu items. We were the only ones in the lobby and it took 5 minutes for them to come up to take our order as they sat in the back and discussed amongst themselves how they were going to kick us out in 20 min when the lobby closes. It took longer than 20 min to get our ice cream so we took it to go. The floors in the lobby were greasy slippery.

Dairy Queen is almost always consistent with service and quality. However today we had a young lady who went the extra mile to save me money. I was very happy with her suggestions. My burger is great and my daughter loved her chicken, fries and Oreo shake.. love the half off happy hour…

Usually happy with Dairy Queen, but I go to the one in Wasilla. Just went to the Palmer location. Disappointing. I asked for tomatoes, they’re out. I asked for extra Mayonnaise, none. Actually a dry sandwich. ☹️
