The food is good but the service is lacking. 2 employees stood on their cellphones at the drive thru and let a third I assume was kitchen staff do all the work. They didn’t hand my drinks out as usual because they were sitting texting on the phone, didn’t label the drink flavors or even attempt to tell us which drink was which. Briefly complained to the manager who was nice but also obviously allowing this type of behavior. After leaving I found 1 of the blizzards had a hole in the bottom because they had shoved the stirring device through it. Food is good but the staff is taking advantage of the owner at this point. Standing on your phone at work is unacceptable anywhere I have ever been…especially standing where your customers can see you being lazy. 8/24/23 7pm store was slow and still poor service

Willing to try again and may update review then but. 7/23/23 9pm I ordered 2 blizzards and then proceeded to wait in drive-thru for 21min till I called the store via phone to ask what was up. They said it was a “big order” and should be moving soon… it was still 10 more minutes till I received my order and then they didn’t do the “blizzard flip”? So yeah not great

We ordered only two blizzards and a dipped cone. It took at least 5 minutes for the team member to acknowledge us and take our order. The wait for our order took 30 minutes (7:41pm to 8:11pm). The team member handed us a number to bring our order to the table. We went up with our receipt after 30 minutes and the order was at the side counter. It had been waiting for a while because all the ice cream was melted. There was one other group of people in the store and they ordered a few minutes after us, but they received their order 10 minutes before us. The team member brought their order to their table, but not ours. Absolutely awful service and no acknowledgment—unable to submit a complaint online due to requirement of a photo of the receipt, but the file size can’t be larger than 3MB.

Not impressed! It took us over 30 minutes waiting in the drive-thru to get three ice creams. We could have driven to Palmer and gotten hand-dipped homemade ice cream at big dipper in less time. I’m never wasting my time with this again. What’s even worse is that we ordered two blizzards and got two ice cream soups instead. We asked the person at the window why it took so long and why the ice cream is soft and he acted like he didn’t even hear us. Just simply ignored the question. Save your time and your money. You’d probably get better ice cream and service pretty much anywhere else. 5/13/23

28 minutes for a single burger and onion rings. Then I get home, and my burger has nothing on it, and theres like 5 onion rings. The rings sat in the window for a good 10 minutes. Didn’t see one person over 20 working in there. Can we get an adult in there keeping it together? Pay people more and they’ll stay? Better training? Check tickets before handing food out?? I’ll never be back without some serious compensation.

I bought a chicken sandwich hoping to engorge on a yummy sandwich but when I bite in i thought dang this tomato taste gross so I took it off then I was eating and looked at it cause it looked a little weird it was completely raw and cold in the middle I called and they say bring a receipt but they didn’t even give me one and even if I did why would I drive all the way back when I feel disgusting because I just ate raw chicken. Also took me 20 minutes just to get it. Also when I called they hung up on me then I called again and they wouldn’t respond to questions they would say ok well what do u want us to do.

The girl up front had her purse/bag on like she was about to walk out the door, the other girls on the ice cream line had their very messy hair down without hair nets and all of them, after playing with their hair (including throwing ice cream at each other then redoing their hair in plain sight) did not wash their hands again before serving food. I understand. They were being normal high school girls, chatting and all but it was very loud and honestly disruptive. Food came out and the fries were barely room temp, but the front gal did apologize saying, “sorry you had to see that, she was bullying me and threw ice cream in my hair haha”.

So they either need to start paying more, or hire more people. A wait time of 30mins in a drive through with only 5 cars is ridiculous. I’m curious as to why they don’t have people pull forward to park and wait. I had one item I ordered and sat for 30mins. I can’t get out of the drive through to go in once I already ordered or I would have. This is literally the first review I’ve ever done. I know it’s not the employees fault. The GM needs to advocate for their employees.
