Service is really not the best. During the blizzard flip on one of our visits, it flew all over the side of our truck, and the employee just looked dumbfounded and walked away. Usually have enjoyed the chili dogs (no cheese) because they were hot, the chili was plentiful and fresh. Today, we stopped by and ended up with lukewarm chili dogs, barely any chili (not particularly fresh), and cold buns. We ordered a coke (all well and good), but we ended up with diet coke. When I asked the young fellow about it he stated “yeah, it’s coke, walked away, and that was the end of the conversation. We may need to rethink visiting. At least I don’t think they could screw up a banana split?

Worst fast food service I had ever experienced. My father went to order and the worker started laughing at him (he has bad stuttering) which made my father’s stuttering even worst to order, because the boy was laughing so hard the im assuming manger came took over the order. My father confronted them and the response he got as to why they were laughing at him was because “he thought he was high.” I have never seen this behavior at a place before and I hope the boy (chubby and red haired) gets punished.

This is the cleanest Dairy Queen that I have ever been too. It is well staffed with people who care about customer service. The order was correct and was very good. We only got ice cream here but I always ask for my ice cream to be put on a cone and dumped into a cup and you wouldn’t believe the mess that most workers make. This time they did exactly eggs I asked.
