This location is easy to enter and get back on the highway. Fast service and meals always fresh and hot. Aaliya provided the best customer service, and is helpful with applying deals. They have a clean parking lot, and outside seating is also available.

I came at 9:08. Employee was telling other employees that “I swear I closed the door” even tho door was open. I asked them and they said they are closed. But in website it said it close at 9:30. If they wanna change time they should it change it in website to.

You can tell school is out by the number of kids in the restaurant. Very noisy….our food was good, but not sure a manager was on duty. One employee met someone outside and it looked suspicious. They were exchanging something. I always wonder, when they are not busy, there is always something that can be done. Clean the floors, tables and check the bathroom. When you are on the clock, you should be working. We did not stay long. Drive thru next time…. and the cooler was half empty… it’s summer time…. really

If I could give this location zero stars, I would! Very disappointed by the poor customer service and lack of interpersonal skills displayed by the manager. We arrived in the dining area with no one in line or in the drive through. There was a young lady sitting on a stool at the drive through, scrolling through her phone while the manager stood in front of her doing the same. Neither bothered to look up to notice us standing there until after we asked if we could have assistance. There was no apology, no greeting, or any other pleasantry. At that point, we had no desire to place an order. I expressed my disappointment in my visit and instead of offering an apology, the manager tells me she didn’t see us because she was training the new girl and she needed to take orders at the drive through, where there were no customers. She had a million excuses of why no one was watching the front but not one apology for the poor customer service we experienced. This was my first and last visit to this location which is disappointing because I was really looking for to giving them a try. We got in our car and went to a place that never disappoints, Bruster’s!

Stopped by the drive-thru tonight to buy blizzards. The order-taker at the window was absolutely rude. He acted as though he was doing me a favor to sell the blizzards. We’ve avoided the Grayson DQ because of the attitudes displayed the 3 times we’ve been there. We will not go back.

If I could give a negative one I would. When I 1st got to the window the girl said, “ can I take your order?” I said, “ hello, May I get a ——. She was rude from the beginning and I still was nice. I totally didn’t even think about it by the time that I got to the window and gave her my card , still no greeting, just rudeness and basically snatched my card. ( she some little Latino or Indian girl with an earring in n her nose and really long nails( shouldn’t be in good service with those) , but anyway never said a word. When she gave me my peanut buster parfait she literally dropped it in my hand and I almost dropped it. At that point I did call her a name, because it was Well earned at this point! I passed quite a few Dairy Queen’s and decided to come to this one. Grayson police was gonna have a extra person today because she picked the right one. I literally pulled over to write this because I have been in customer service for 30 + years and this child is as rude as they come. She needs to take that energy into someone’s church tomorrow and repent!
