Hated every second of my experience here. From the order taker to the cashier that rang up items I didn’t even order all the way to the person that brought our food out after waiting 12 minutes in line then instructed to pull forward for another 15. You would thought I order for a football team but no, no I order 3 dudes( ) veggies on side no sauce. 1 sprite and 2 cokes. That sprite must have thrown them off.

My experience here today was horrible. As I stood at the counter waiting to order the cashier approached the register and did not say a word, she didn’t even acknowledge or greet us. I then started to greet her and proceed to order, I had to repeat my self multiple times and still everything was wrong , the young lady seemed as if she had no care in the world and was not interested in working. I am very dissatisfied with this location, please do better. I understand young people needing to work, but those young people need more training and education. If they cant provide good customer service then they should need be working in that industry.

Too many young guys with long hair and no ties or hair nets. Their hair is long and in their face. Guys making ice cream were not concerned at all that they had all this loose hair while working around food. Management needs to get involved. I never get acknowledged when I walk in by the cashier. I have to make contact and always ask how they are but usually their personality is lacking. Need some training since they work with people.

I got set for my number 2 double belt buster. I ended up with a single ask for extra pickle got like 3. Frys were cold . I just want what I paid for. My order was to go I was heading to work. Just be mindful of what people order. Try and get it right that’s all. Nice and simple.

Let me save you the trouble: I spent some time downloading the app and signing up because their cashier screen advertises earning points for purchases. However, when I tried to redeem the free blizzard for signing up the young man at the register had no idea what that was. He had to keep going in the back to answer my questions and I could tell they were laughing at me. They ended up saying they couldn’t honor the free mini blizzard you get for signing up and also said their system is down and I cannot earn points.

So it’s a Sunday and 2 oreo blizzard and 3 small ice cream was too big of an order to get in less than 10 mins. They said it was “a big order”?!? What?! This is not good service. 4 cars later just better to go somewhere else and order. Plus coming on a Friday sometime ago it was just 1 person working the front, drive thru and dinning as we sat in. That 1 person was more efficient then a crew on 6/25/23. Do better Diary queen.

This is one of my favorite dairy queens. Not only because they hthe chili cheese, onion burrito that most of the Dairy Queen’s no longer carry, but also because everything is always fresh and hot and the restaurant is clean.
