So before today normally don’t have too many issues. Today however was the absolute worst experience to date. Ordered 2 blizzards, a parfait, and a mushroom swiss combo. The girl at the window was amazing and nice but idk if it was her or someone who gave her the stuff to give to me. Both blizzards were completely wrong, the parfait was good, and the burger was well disappointing. I’ve always loved dairy queen food but this was just an overall bad experience and makes it where I don’t really want to return to this location. I may try again one day but not anytime soon.

Unbelievably I purchased 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers and when I arrived home from the drive through, I unwrapped the burgers to find both were only buns, bacon, cheese, lettuce and no burger patty what do ever! Unbelievable!

So I haven’t had one good experience… first time I got the chocolate brownie extreme but all chocolate ice cream, it tasted awful, almost like chalky and flavorless at the same time. Second time I ordered the same thing they said “we can’t do that but I’ll give you extra chocolate syrup”. Third time, which was tonight, they were rude from the start. I won’t bother coming back here. It’s not just the quality either, the staff are always super rude… I wouldn’t recommend this place!
