Holy Cow! Dairy Queen on S. Saginaw should absolutely be ASHAMED of themselves for their size & price of their cheese curds. WOW! Let me remind you too, that the tiny box wasn’t even filled up either. All for the high price of $4.59. Let me be the first to complain about the owners being the most skimpiest of skimpy. This is shameful to be honest. I most definitely will NOT be EVER ordering the cheese curds from this location again. Also, the DQ on Center Rd. actually gives you way more too. This DQ on S. Saginaw also highly UNDERPAYS their employees also. This just goes to show you that the owners are most definitely tightwads. That’s SO out of pocket and also weird to overprice their food & not even fill their food box up either. It’s also super weird to underpay their employees too. DO BETTER Dairy Queen on S. Saginaw. I know from personal experience that the owners, whenever confronted, have an attitude and they never want to redo their mistakes either.

This location somehow always has some sort of issue. I’m sure this is no fault of the employees there, but the last 3 times I’ve gone there’s been an issue. 1. Something was down so they had no way to make shakes 2. Only accepting cash because the card reader is down and 3. Only one employee working, so it literally took around 45 minutes to an hour to get our order. They need some help or funding or something

This has got to be the worst DQ ever! I had a confrontation with a supposed “owner” and the audacity of her was out of this world. She didn’t even want to make her restaurant’s mistake corrected. Not only that the price of the food does NOT match the quality what so ever either. I will never return to this establishment. I will most certainly go to a different DQ!!!!!! I had wished the owner would have been way nicer and owned up to her mistakes, but instead all she offered me was an entitled attitude.

Inside closed while we was eating our ice cream, one guy said it was ok to stay but he was locking the door and just let him know when we was ready. Another employee came up a few minutes later and told us we had to leave that they closed. We stayed and enjoyed our ice cream anyhow. Nothing like trying to rush people out and be rude about it. 1st employee was male and he was great 2nd employee female and not so great, rude!
