Probably not your best bet for food and ice cream. My blizzard was not thick but more melted. Definitely couldn’t flip it upside down. I ordered the pretzel sticks and they were soggy. The guy at the window took by card with his glove on and when he handed it back it was covered in fry oil. Maybe just a bad or bad visit as I normally enjoy DQ

I used to eat here once or twice a month before the pandemic and the service and employees were always 4-5 stars. I’ve been back twice now once a few weeks ago and just tonight. Both times just unbelievably bad. The kid at the register was so bad he couldn’t focus enough to ring up the order. I got a blizzard and like a lot of other reviews it was just soft serve that only filled about 80% of the cup and just enough Heath to know what I ordered.

Wow! Best fast food experience I have had in a while! Food was prepared fresh snd as asked. Service with a personality and a smile. I only held back one star because they forgot a fork for my chili cheese fries. Otherwise everything was great!

Ordered 4 blizzards and did not get any sort of friendly customer service and it took over ten minutes for two small blizzards and two large blizzards to be made. We seen at least four employees standing around by the drive thru window. We weren’t even handed any napkins in case the ice cream dripped or told to have a good night; plus our blizzards were lacking any candy. We won’t be back here again!

When trying to order was told they had no chicken tenders or strips, no strawberry icecream. No butterscotch, no chocolate. Was told when ordering the 7.00 meal that you could get cheese curds or onion rings instead of fries, so I said at no extra charge and the girl said no extra charge well when she put it in it charged extra, I said you told me no extra charge, she just kept saying I’m new so Idk. I told her we wanted the icecream after our food. We no more than sat down to wait on our food and they called out that our sundaes were done. So I went to get them and I told the person that made them that we didn’t want them until after we ate, and she says I didn’t know that. I said I told the one that took my order, but all she kept saying is that she is new. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. Trash was overflowing in dining area and bathroom. Very disappointing. Probably will not be returning to this place. Didn’t want to give any stars but didn’t have that choice.

First of all the workers were rude. We had simple questions and they just replied shortly and annoyed with a bad attitude. Second, I ordered a s’mores blizzard and it was just vanilla ice cream. No chocolate pieces and very little graham cracker crumbles. It was an awful experience. If I could put 0 stars I would.

My buddy ordered a couple blizzards. Not sure what flavor they were supposed to be, but I enjoyed the soft serve cause there wasn’t much of an other choice in the cup. Fast forward to today… I figured I’d give their food a try. So, I got a burger and the strip basket. I now know they are kind of all things frozen. I’ve really tried but I can’t get through the 4th grissel strip. I powered through the small burger by dunking it in the queso dip. I thought the grease in the fries tasted like fish.. thats not on the menu.. hotdogs are though.. hotdogs flavored fries are not as appealing as they sound.. Complete mess in the dining room. 100 percent obvious that tables or anything is cleaned between guest.
