Ordered banana split, pull up pay for it, lady took my money, gave change back, while girl making it was looking in book to see how to make it(totally understand) probably new, no biggy, but in meantime get asked by 2 other people if I had paid already then get the banana split and I get a ” sorry the ice cream is melted, we just put it in the machine ” why not just say hey sorry our ice cream machine is down for a little bit? If I wanted milk flavored with pineapples and syrup I’d go to Walmart. They were more worried it was paid for then the quality they were serving.

I absolutely love the DQ in Woodward! They have great food and a great staff. I have been going there most of my 35 year life and have never had a bad experience. Try the XL chili cheese fries or a brownie earthquake blizzard! You will not be disappointed.

It was my birthday. My daughter ordered me a cake and a double cheeseburger with seasoned fries. It was delicious. And of course they had to take a picture to send to my daughter. Thank you DQ staff, you were great.
