I was quoted 15 minutes. Got there and paid, they gave me my drinks and ice cream (4 of them) and told me they would have the food right out. Waited another 20 minutes after my quoted time until all the ice cream was melted before I went back to the drive thru. The girl (who took my order, said she would bring it out, and looked at me waiting several times) didn’t even come over. I had to honk 3X before she finally came over. I demanded a refund, to which she replied, “No one ever brought you your food?” She went and got someone else and did not explain the situation. He(his name started with “D'”) came over and I explained it all. I heard him say, “Hey did that just get done or has it been sitting there?” He came back over and said he had to make a call. Then proceeded to refund me. He informed me that my refund would be $0.08 off, and I told him it was fine because I had an angry baby at this point. Never apologized, didn’t try to make the situation right. Just took the drinks and ice cream back. That was 2 days ago. I’m still waiting on a refund.

I called ahead and was quoted 10 minutes. We got there and still waited in our car for 25 minutes. I had to call back to get them to bring our food out. We got home and our food was cold and burnt. The toast was almost black, there were black pieces of burnt food in both the regular meal and kids meal, the tater tots were cold and soggy, and our chicken so over cooked we couldn’t eat it. The fries and ice cream were all we ate. One positive I can say is the girl who took our order was very polite as well as the one who was at the window.

5 employees couldn’t figure out how to pay with cash and card lol. These summer workers are something else. Also some how my fries were cold in 90 degree weather from the walk inside to my car.

The food was so fresh oh my God I cannot even believe how juicy my hamburger was and the cheddar cheese is so amazing. But the ice cream cone put me over the top! Keep up the good job the good service I love it!

This location is in great shape and the food is delicious. Only reason for four star was that we were hoping the food to be ready a few minutes faster. That said… everything was exactly how we ordered it and the staff were quick and well trained for the job. Tasty meal and we’ll be back!
