You really need to teach your kitchen staff how to change the grease out. Got steak finger basket. Worst food I have ever eaten. Steak fingers and fries tasted like old nasty grease. Only thing worth eating was the damn gravy. As much as you charge for a meal, you would think you could give way better service than you do. I will definitely never recommend y’all.

Ordered a hot cocoa blizzard and got an m&ms blizzard. When I expressed that this was made wrong, I was told this was how the hot cocoa blizzard was made. Any Dairy Queen blizzard enthusiast knows this not the case. Decided to stick with it and after five bites realized the rest of the blizzard was just straight ice cream. They couldn’t even mix it properly. Poor blizzard experience, not the Dairy Queen I know.

I got a belt buster combo and that burger was delicious. I asked for fresh fries and they were still ok but not fresh. That’s part of that reason that you guys didn’t reason 5 stars ⭐️ from me. Other than that my burger and milkshake were awesome.

Worst DQ experience for me. I love my DQ desserts so I know that staff needs to be trained a lot more. Went to get 2 birthday cakes and they messed up on the names PLUS there was no cookie and fudge in the middle of either cake and mainly vanilla soft serve in the cookies and cream cake. Whoever makes the cakes needs to do it better. SO DISAPPOINTED! Spent $30+ on each cake just to cut it and find out that the cake is not how it’s supposed to be. AND the food coloring is just disgusting. Never again.

OK first of all I can’t even believe I’m giving them one star but yesterday I went to get some food because I was hungry. I got a taco salad. The taco shell for the taco salad was stale and in the taco salad, the tomato was ruined, and they had no ice cream at all no tea the bathrooms were nasty and they burnt my chicken strips and made it to where I couldn’t hardly even eat them. Please don’t waste your time or your money here at this place.

The employee who took our order was extremely rude and complained about having to make “30 blizzards”. We order 4 mini blizzards. I’m disappointed at the lack of customer service, this employee was very rude. While she was making out order she continued to complain and act very professionally. Then she left left out order on the counter and didn’t tell habit was ready.

I used to rate those DQ 5 stars, but the last few times it’s been terrible. Cold food, small portions, and high prices. Well, I figured I would give it another chance, and I was quickly reminded why I don’t eat here. This trip, I waited in the drive thru for 11 minutes waiting on a single car in front of me.
