The server was friendly and patient. I finally ordered a sundae and it was amazing. Clean, fast, and good price. I had a bite of the spicy jalitos burger they are doing right now and it was also amazing, as well as the onion rings. We already talked about what we want to order when we go back soon. We have been to this Dairy Queen many times but usually go through the drive thru. Today I took my kids inside and they were treated very disrespectfully. They are 5 and 7 and I am teaching them how to speak to adults with confidence and be independent. They went up to the counter by themselves to get condiments and after getting ketchup (and really enjoying the state themed packets) and mustard when they went up to get mayo the employee very aggressively told them they needed to stop coming up and asking her for things they didn’t need. My 7 year old came back to me in tears because of how embarrassed she was.

I am so disappointed in this store! Maybe 5 people working today, not 1 smile, not even response back when I said “thank you so much”. This by far was the most disrespectful, unmotivated, rude group of people. I have read more reviews on customer service too this store. Sad nothing is improving. Sorry I will visit the Euless store from now on. And my husband works next the corporate office and will be stopping by to give his thoughts as well.

Well dairy queen has the good icecream and stuff so it’s yummy but this location’s customer service is actually pretty bad. The workers obviously hate their jobs and it shows in the way the treat the customers. Makes me glad there is one closer to my house for those days you want an icecream place. It’s kinda sad because it’s a great location for one to be in.

This one was closed for a while but now opened back up. I have been trying it out and have had great experiences here. Fast and hot food with courteous employees. Food product is always spot on and friendly service. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because I haven’t dined in yet.

I was told to pull up and WAITED 25MINUTES for my food only to get stale old fries and cold fishy tasting steak fingers!!! also my blizzards were melted!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Overall was $41 for two baskets and fry and burger with two blizzards this is ridiculous the food is disgusting!!
