Ordered chicken basket and this is what I got. Didn’t realize until I got home because they already made me pull back through the drive through because they’re slow and incompetent. Will NEVER go here again. Every employee there (all 3 of them) should be fired. There was two people in the drive through. It’s not rocket science. I don’t know how you got TACO out of CHICKEN. Thank you for ruining dinner for us. You are a disgrace to all Dairy Queens because I love this chain but you are all beyond help.

Went to Dairy Queen in Wharton location to get a small ice cream cone. And they said 3.09. When the cost of a cone is usually 1.99 plus tax. They proceed to tell me that it cost more at this location. That is unexpectable. It should be the same price at all Dairy Queens. This is why I like going to the other location cause their prices don’t change and their food is hot when brought to you or ordered.Wharton location food is cold when you get it and their prices are to high. Get it together.

Ive given this place 3 chances because i love DQ and just moved here. Everytime i go i waste money because i end up throwing it away. Employees are soooo rude. Gave me the wrong drink, then i asked them to change it and i am CERTAIN they got it wrong the second time on purpose this place is an absolute atrocity . Also i had to wait at the window for like 5 mins with the employees fully aware im still there to get my drink changed. Drive thru lady asked me if i was ready in a not so freindly tone 3 times in about a minute. Food took forever. Didnt even use the right lettuce on my BLT. Put a gallon of mayonaise on it. Dont waste your money people.

The food was wonderful. It has been almost a year since we have eaten at Dairy Queen in Wharton. Great improvement on food. BURGER WAS DELICIOUS AND HOT, Tacos were delicious but what happened to the amount of meat. Place still needs to be cleaned up. Thank You for improvement.
