Was in town with my mom, who is a very picky eater. She loved it! I Was so impressed with the food. It was delicious. The Chicken fried chicken was huge, brown beans were spot on. Love the ice tea served in Mason jars. You better get there early, they get full fast.

I came In for an ice tea! I got an order of fried green tomatoes, BLT and baked potato and mandarin cream cake.. everything was delightful. Seems to be the afternoon hotspot for the retired locals but really all ages. I always like to see the 55-75 demographic in places normally those are the best places to eat! The Decor is shabby chic farmhouse. The service by Jeanne was amazing!

Was in Blanchard over the weekend, and the family wanted to eat here. My group was a party of 6. The 30 to 45 minute wait we could understand after all it was very busy. But the hostess by passing my group of 6 to seat other people that were in line behind us, and changing the wait time to over an hour was wrong.

The food was good and served hot wait staff kind and friendly and helpful I not been disappointed with this establishment, for a nice little restaurant you can not go wrong with this place, it gives you a great feeling and food.

Over an hour wait for a to-go order and every excuse “lies” as to why the wait from the staff to the manager. When Justin “Manager on duty” tells you he wished someone would buy the place so he could get away from it, that is a major problem that starts at the top. They are always short handed and the staff doesn’t want to work and when they do, they are worked like dogs on top of each other in a space that doesn’t meet the standards, it’s pitiful. Maybe if the owners weren’t being so greedy and pay their people better and build a suitable sized place for the amount of business they get, things would be better, until then….disappointment.

Extremely popular locally. They have a diner atmosphere and serve classic diner foods. They also serve pie as a dessert which is largely disappearing from chain restaurants. Go early or you’ll have to wait. They are not set up to serve large groups. Most of their tables only seat 4.

Dakotas has the best food around and the prices are reasonable. They stay busy so we typically call in an order for pick up to avoid the crowds. We have went in to eat before though and the atmosphere is what you would expect for a small town diner.

They had a short wait for a table but it was worth it! We had ribeyes, and they were close to the best I’ve ever had. Juicy with excellent smoky flavor (no sauce needed), not overly seasoned, they were scrumptious! The smoked mac and cheese was good, and the potato was huge! We added a $4 skewer of grilled shrimp and they were excellent. The seasonings at Dakota are awesome! The only disappointment was a closed salad bar (covid), but they still offer the salad.
