I have meetings in the area on Thursdays but I never make it on time before they close. Today I was in the area thinking of something to eat and I finally got the chance to try Dalgoona out. I picked a build your own bibimpap bowl with a side of truffle fries. I added avocado to my bowl and she tried to charge me an extra $2 when the menu said $1. I’d look out for that.

Friendly hosts and service was great. The food was good too, I didn’t order everything on their menu so I cannot give insight on all but the pork buns were pretty good. The other item was Blazing Fire bowl and Rose Garden Tea. Both were alright, the bowl came with a side of soup but had a lot of mayo, which didn’t go very well with my taste bud, so next time I will ask for less/no mayo. Rose garden ice tea was alright too, appreciated the very low sugar in it. Overall, it’s a cute place to sit down, enjoy friendly service and eat. Worth a visit!

Me and my boyfriend have been coming to Dalgoona for about 1 year now, and we’ve seen it change ownership and now food is much tastier and healthier. New owners have taken over and made it a greater place than what I’m used to. Soup that they give with meals is on point, flavor is unique, bulgogi bowl is the best if you’re looking for a burst of flavor, and its family owned so they put real care and effort into what they do. I recommend this place to everyone I know and will continue to do so, thank you.

I ordered the delivery and the food quality is beyond my expectation. Both the katsu and pork shoulder bowls are pretty delicious! As well as the truffle fries! Plus a free iced tea, not too sweet and perfectly balanced flavor!

I accidentally ran into this place. it’s a small place but the food is delicious and the service is excellent. I was not a hungry so I only ordered appetizer the shrimp dumplings to try out. It’s fresh and very tasty. You bet I will be a regular from now on!
