I am New to Texas and tried few options but Dallas Kabob House is best among all I tried. Food is always fresh and delicious only issue is they take some time because they claim they make everything fresh! So I would recommend call them ahead and order over the phone! Apart from delay its outstandingly delicious I would highly recommend,,.

Dallas Kabob House is a Pakistani restaurant where every dish is made to order. We’ve lived in Plano over 20 years and noticed this restaurant but never stopped in until this evening. We ordered the chicken seekh kabob and beef seekh kabob to go. Bread no longer comes with the entrees due to high prices so we ordered two pieces of naan separately. The naan was so good! As the menu says, the grilled dishes are prepared with fresh minced meat marinated in fresh grated spices and seasonings, molded on skewers, grilled to perfection and served over crisp chopped lettuce and onion with tamarind chutney and Raita. The meat dishes were spicy, flavorful, and as the menu says “grilled to perfection”. The young man who waited on us was a delight. He wanted us to get the most of our meal. He told us how to reheat leftover naan and the grilled meat. He asked us to smell the aroma of our dishes so that we know they were freshly prepared. He emphasized that nothing is prepared ahead of time. The restaurant features a buffet on Sundays between noon and 3. All dishes are prepared only when needed; again, nothing is prepared ahead of time. He urged us to come back for the Sunday buffet to try more dishes. We will return!

Very poor customer service, staff talk negatively about customers from the kitchen and all the diners can hear it outside. I made a reservation for a party of 14 and turned up to find that nobody had a clue about it. The owner denied that the staff may have made a mistake and didn’t even come to the front of the restaurant to talk to me about it. I could just hear him shouting denials from the back kitchen. Mmm… I took my guests to Allen and we had a great meal.

I would like to share my honest experience, today we went to this restaurant, this was not the first time, but since either staff changes or might be new management, we have a very bad experience. We order three kharai. Two mutton one chicken. All three were very bad taste even meat smells like stale. Service was very poor, salad was stale too. Drink lemonade was really bad. They charged 185 dollars and when complaining about the food. They started giving lame excuses, we are busy. I am very sorry not to recommend to our community to visit Dallas kabab. Waist of money and time.

Several people mentioned this place, that it had new owners, new menu & had been renovated. Went their with few friends & was pleasantly surprised, this place is really awesome. The food is freshly prepared (that’s why it took a bit longer to get our goat karahi) & is very authentic. We tried their special that they had listed on the board (see pic, a bit pricey but worth every penny), it was really really good. The naans (freshly baked clay oven bread) was really really good as well. A must try place, can’t wait to go back.

First time here and im so happy we have finally found a go-to place for our favorite dishes!! The owner is the kindest man!! Made us feel like family. The food is delicious and flavorful. The Nihari was sooo good and the meat was perfectly tender. The naan is huge and tasty! Butter chicken was delicious and the perfect color! Never seen a place with the perfect color on their butter chicken. Very impressive. The chicken biryani was so good and had nice big aloo pieces in it! Finished off with delicious fresh juicy gulab jamun- best I’ve had in Dallas. Glad we gave this place a try and listened to the other reviews. We will be back very soon 🙂

Came here looking for some authentic Indian- Pakistani food and that’s exactly what we found. Had the chicken karahi which was absolutely delicious, the chicken was soft and full of flavor. Naan was soft and fresh. Also had the gaajar halwa and kulfi, which were the perfect way to end the meal. Will definitely go back!
