Absolutely love this pasta spot! SO fresh and always delicious, I’ve been coming here for awhile. I love the concept, and being able to mix sauces. They rotate the pasta they have too , so you get to try different ones. The staff and management is always super friendly too. AND they’re open till 2:30 Am Friday and Saturday!!

I could not believe my eyes when I saw DalMoros! We ate at DelMoros in Venice Italy and LOVED it! This is the closest I have tasted to authentic Italian pasta! I love the Cacio e pepe! Definitely try it if you haven’t yet! I also love that they come in little to go boxes!

This is an interesting concept for pasta that is casual, customizable and portable! I only tried the olive oil, chili flake and garlic sauce option, it was pretty good but the oil sits in the container with the pasta just swimming it in. So I didn’t eat the last 1/3. The pasta was aldente, which I love. The price was good for what is essentially “fast food” pasta. The brand being centered around the dude is a little odd and doesn’t really convey a value to the customer, but the pasta is nice!

GREAT Italian food in a carryout box (like Chinese food)! Pick a pasta, pick a sauce, add protein and toppings! Lunch was quick and good tasting! Expect between $12 and $16 per person for lunch plus beverages. All beverages are cans or bottles. Outside seating in small courtyard on picnic tables, a couple inside tables.

The pasta is homemade and to die for! The taste is so fresh and the sauce is not too rich. I got rigatoni with #3 sauce or marinara with smoked bacon for $11.50. Thick juicy pieces of bacon. We’ve gone back already as it’s a new favorite for everyone. They do offer a vegan Alfredo sauce as well. Yesterday they started selling fresh pasta in a bag for three people for just $9.
