Customer service was out of this world! The food was TASTY and timely & the atmosphere was quaint. I was there for an intimate dinner to celebrate a friend’s soon-to-be marriage. There were 8 of us, we spent under $300 on our entrees, apps and drinks (with much to take home), and we were effortlessly able to split the check between 3 Cards (4 max). There is also an outside terrace! I got the dry pepper fish, pictured below ☺️

DanDan in Ardmore is a must-visit restaurant for fans of Chinese cuisine. The food is exceptional and the ambiance is modern and stylish. The standout dish of the night was the Dan Dan noodles, with a perfect balance of sauce and wonderfully textured noodles. The double-cooked pork belly was equally impressive, rivaling the best I’ve had in Szechuan, and the dry pepper chicken was seasoned and cooked to perfection.

When will manager inattentiveness no longer masquerade as staff shortages? Appetizers were pretty awful – small, overdone and served after mains. Noodles were tasteless and awash in mediocre sauce. Mains were decent if poorly presented and of very modest size for price. Seating/table and atmosphere inexcusably poor. There are much better options in Ardmore.

The service was absolutely terrible. It took 30 minutes for anyone to come over and introduce themselves or offer a drink. The table behind us sat down after me, got their food and paid the check before I even got my drink order taken. Waitress finally came over took my fiancés order and I ordered my drink. She brought my fiancés meal out before I got my drink and then she forgot to take my meal order. I called management over told him the situation. He didn’t seem to care at all and make excuses telling me they are short staffed but didn’t offer to rectify the issue and to help us out in any way to make our experience better. The bill came and I paid full price. No discount or anything. I have never seen such terrible service and if I could give the us a 0 I would. I will never come back here again
