The staff was very friendly. Clinton worked with us at the counter. Such a professional and friendly person. While he was in the dining room, he cleaned all of the tables and took our trash and did some small conversation. You could tell that he enjoys his job. It may be a little more expensive than other restaurants, but the quality of the food was above par. Thank you for a great day.

Terrible customer service, I believe they don’t even know the definition of it. I’ve been a walk-in customer a few times, with mediocre results. Today my vehicle was in for service so I used the grub hub app on Deangelos own website at 12:10 pm . The emailed response was your food will be delivered between 12:39 and 12:49 . At 1:20 I call the store , “oh Grub Hub , they haven’t picked up anything all day “ we haven’t even filled any of the orders .. ok I ordered on your web site , why wouldn’t you stop allowing orders or call the customer or get in your car and deliver it your self ??? Customer Service? I bet if I walked in the store 3-4 people would be just hanging out !! Phone got turned over to the “ Manager” who couldn’t offer any resolution, just Grub Hub is unreliable , really. I ordered the food on your company web site!! No worries I will never be a bother to that store again. The private local pizza stores are more efficient!!!

I might not come here as often as I’d like. Only because it ends up being quite expensive for me. Though, I have a family of five. Three of which are growing children/young adults who could eat me out of house and home. Lol. Anyways, I am always satisfied with my food when I do order from here. The service is friendly and quick. And you can watch them the entire time they prepare your food (which I quite like). DEFINITELY TRY THE VERMONTER, IT’S WORTH IT!!!
