Our time started out fine. We ordered a food and then went to sit down at the table. We waited for our food for like 45 minutes to an hour then when it finally came, it was the most disappointing meal I’ve ever had my mac & cheese was cold and disgusting.

Online order (one of the only ways to use promotions/discounts) doesn’t always translate accurately to the restaurant. When this happens, the staff aren’t always able to help. Although they did remake the 2 sandwiches that were not made appropriately for me recently. They didn’t ask for the incorrect sandwiches back either.

I seen this cute curly headed light skin making my subs in the back. I took a bite afterwards and was completely amazed with how it tasted. If I could give 10 stars I would. Very nice man, would recommend.

I come to this location at least once a week and get usually get the same thing; steak and cheese, my way. I’ve also got the Thanksgiving sub and a few of their soups and chowder. All in all, no complaints. Very respectful and detail oriented to orders, at least for my custom orders. Prices aren’t to bad even though the employees can’t set the price. The bottled drinks are a bit on the expensive side in comparison to other sub shops.

Left a 5 star review last time. This time they put tomatoes when I asked for none, also not toasted when I asked for it to be toasted. Took about 25 min from time of ordering until food came out. Still a good sandwich after I picked off tomatoes. Friendly staff.
