Had the worst experience at the Auburn,ME Center St. Location. First tried to call in my family’s order for pickup for 30 minutes and it just rang. Not a big deal thinking perhaps they were busy. I live less than 5 minutes from the store so I just drove over. When I got there there were no customers, still not a big deal! There were 3 young employees there. The 2 up front were rude, unfriendly, and were not in any way trying to help. When she finally came to the counter I started to read our order to her she VERY RUDELY said will you just give me the paper! I was literally shocked but handed her the list ( 3 items). She put on her gloves and went on to touch her hair and face with the same gloves she was preparing my family’s food with. After a 20 minute wait she started to bag my order and threw my husband’s sandwich into the bag (literally) and then put our 2 rice bowls on top. Her attitude was so bad there were multiple customers behind me who were also complaining about it. When she finally rang me up she looks at me and says ” want a receipt” and I said actually yes I do thank you! I get our food and head home (again less than 5 minute drive) and both rice bowls were COLD and my husband’s sandwich was smashed. We come here often and have never had this problem EVER!! Will not be going back!!!

So I usually go in NH. I decided to stop at this one and I was totally shocked at how little meat was on my sandwich. Of course I don’t know the exact amount but to have a large sandwich with no meat on either end tells me I’m wasting my money and stick to NH..

Wow rudest and Worse customer service I’ve ever seen so rude none of the employees smiled and rolled there eye anytime someone walked in seen a guy walked in and 3 of them working at the time 2 of them not doing anything and not 1 of them asked to take his order he had to literally say don’t you work here are u going take my order the food is great but definitely won’t be back to this location manager needs to teach them better customer service

My boyfriend and I only go to one location in Auburn,Maine. And everytime we go it’s always close to closing time. And the man behind the counter is always so nice to us. We know it’s been a long day for him and his crew, but they never get upset that we show up 30 min sometimes even 15 min before closing. It’s just the way our commute runs.

I arrived at the time stated to pick up my order only to have to wait 40 more minutes inside and they made the incorrect items first then finally gave me my sandwiches after a long wait. Absolutely horrid customer service! I will not order from this location again!
