I came here to redeem a free small sandwich for my birthday. I couldn’t figure out how to redeem it with an online order, so I decided to order in person instead. The employee who took my order knew exactly what needed to be done to redeem the offer, and in general was very helpful and very polite. In other words, the service was fantastic. Just came in and couldn’t find the specific allergen info I needed online beforehand. The wonderful cashier and manager confirmed that what I wanted was allergen free (for me) and were super kind and patient. They were super sweet and didn’t treat me like a burden, as other places have. I’ll be back!!!

This location going down the drain! Walked in and waited patiently. No line but the workers are all busy gossiping and said they will be up shortly. Another guy came in and i was ignored. They took his order and only after took my order. I raised my concern why they didnt take my order first if i was already waiting. No response. Nevertheless the ordered and waited for what felt to be eternity. I really hope corporate notices this comment and either does a better job selecting employees or provides these ignorant workers proper training on customer service and work ethic. I have lost faith in this location.

I ordered a large steak and cheese with extra american cheese, grilled onions, and marinara sauce because I have missed a proper cheesesteak while living in NM. This was the first place in CT to hit just what I was looking for, and I tried a few other places. They did a great job, and I was out of there quickly. I highly recommend.

Ordered a large steak #9 was hardly any meat or peppers on it also Ordered a large ham and cheese there was 5 thinly sliced pieces of ham asked for extra mayo and didn’t get it. Definitely was not worth $29.99. I remember many years ago when this place was better than subway not anymore atleast subway loads there grinders with meat and they are much cheaper in price.
