Took the plate with 3 meat, wasn’t expected chicken fingers in a BBQ plate, that was a bit disappointing. The brisket and the pork were good. Their prices were pretty competitive

YUM! Our family is vegetarian, and we visited Danielle’s at Wander Brewing. We tried all the vegetarian things, and we were VERY impressed. Hot and crunchy fried eggplant ‘wings’ with a flavorful slightly spice dipping sauce, mac & cheese topped with eggplant wings, and the chef’s special roasted veggie risotto. (Oh, I just realized we didn’t try everything, we missed the “plate” configuration with two sides – we’ll have to get that one next time. And we arrived too late to try the brunch.) There was at least one vegan option available.

The hunt is over! I’ve come to expect mediocre barbecue in the Pacific Northwest after 8 years living in the South. But man, this place scratches the itch. My wife rarely eats red meat and she was wolfing down the brisket. This is the kind of barbecue that needs no sauce as the meat is full of flavor and oh so tender.

Back East BBQ catered our wedding. The BEST. They were hands down the easiest vendor to work with. Our guests still talk about the food (It’s been a year). Exceptional food made by awesome people. So thankful we can still have it regularly at Wander.

Just tried the brisket plate, damn that was good. The meat was so tender and not too much fat for my preference and the sauce I chose was bussssssin. Sucks that they’re only on my side on Friday. Welp I look forward to next Friday to try other items.

The best BBQ in town and at a very reasonable price compared to other places in town. The Brisket and the Pork were absolute perfection, I need to get a 55 gallon drum of that potato salad too! The staff were very friendly and made it a better experience all around. I think it’s probably a good thing they’re only open on the weekends because if they were open every day of the week they would be concerned by the frequency of my visits haha

They catered my cousin’s wedding and it was 10/10. They lady was super nice and worked her tail off from the second she showed up to the second she left. The food was fantastic! The brisket was especially good. And the pasta salad. And it was the hush puppies. Cannot recommend enough

Awesome food and cool people! This is a food truck, so just give them a call to find where they are. I found them at Wander Brewing on a Sunday.

The BEST BBQ I’ve had in WA state, and as good as the best BBQ I’ve had down southeast where I’m from. These guys are truly BBQ masters.

Danielle and Co. will leave you and your guests with stuffed bellies and mouths still watering for more. Brisket was DEVOURED!! Sides of mac and cheese, hushpuppies, black bean salad completed a wonderful meal. Their catering service is impeccable, beautifully dressed table, on time and everything you could ask for a wedding caterer. Even accommodating a few last minute additions for our vegan/vegetarian guests! They were the perfect addition to our wedding day, 100% recommend for catering or just swinging by the food truck.
