Worst place I’ve ever been, paid 16.50 for a tiny burrito with soggy rice, and two tiny tacos that had No cabbage or onion Not even salsa. What kind of a Mexican restaurant doesn’t put salsa in a taco or burrito, and when I asked for salsa they said oops only one left. I waited for a long time, and in that period of time a cockroach tried to crawl up my leg.

The food is delicious, chips are warm and crisp, two kinds of salsa. Courteous waitresses. Maybe a little pricey, especially the sodas, but it’s my favorite place in Reedley to eat.

Been here before, the menudo was good, but not today, cold, no flavor, tasted like it was reheated. Not enough meat. Not sure if new owners, cooks or both. The wait was top long for it being fresh, just 3 of us here.

The food is always delicious and always tastes fresh. The service is great and they seem to really try to be kind and courteous to the people eating. They are also attentive and if a mistake is made they try to fix it promptly. Overall amazing. The food is a little pricy but they do come in big portion sizes.

Excellent salsa, beans and food overall. Could have been warmer (hence the missing star) and warm chips would have been good. Great service too! Beatrice even went to dollar store for crayons for our grandson! Very attentive service! We will defiantly be back!!

My family and I ordered nearly $50 worth of food via their App. Payed for it and everything. Was told it would be a 20 min wait. When I arrive and I ask for my food, I showed the incredibly sweet waitress the code scan code on my phone, and bless her heart, she told me she didn’t know how to use those codes and there was no one there to help her. I talked to the girl a moment or 2 and she’s new. Been at work only a week. Is this how y’all do your employees? My daughter and I waited an hour(our order was prioritized). We were told we would be given a $10 gift card. I wasn’t given a gift card, as there was no one ‘in charge’ at the restaurant. I feel incredibly sad that this girl was so ill equipped by her employer.

This is place is disgusting. I dined in last Thursday morning and was waited on by some elderly lady. While I was eating, a nasty roach apparently wanted to join me for breakfast. So in no time in told the waitress. But all she said was, “mmm… well is it still there?” And kept going on with her business. She was rude and did not know how to take care of the situation. So if you want bad service and roaches for company, this is the place to go. Owner should really look into getting better wait staff.

I’m only giving 3 stars because of the SERVICE alone. The food is great, but NOT once have I ever gone in & been greeted in a timely manner with eye contact. The service is ALWAYS slow. They need to up their professionalism when it comes to customer service. Disappointing because the food is good. I waited tables for over 15 years at all types of restaurants 5star, fast food, casual, bars, caterings, ect… So I know what should be expected in food service. All the Girls are friendly when you are finally approached, also they are all very cute, look nice, with hair up, & clean, but you need more than looks to be a great server. Last time in dined in my daughter that’s 7 was served last & all she ordered was a quesadilla, EVERYONE at our table waited at least 10-15 minutes to eat so she wasn’t eating alone. Very disappointed because it wasn’t busy & children should always be served 1ST!
