Korean restaurant in Issaquah. Taste good. They serve Korean dishes, it’s closer to Korean Korean – while other K restaurants are more ‘westernized’ over time, but this one opened relatively recent I think it is why.

Probably the best Korean food in the Issaquah area. The food is great and the menu varied enough to please everyone and the space is actually quite large on the inside. Since they don’t take reservations, it’s first come first served and it gets busy on the weekend. If you go on a Saturday, it’s reccomended you arrive before 6pm, which I did and only waited about 20 minutes, but there was a huge crowd waiting and constant new arrivals. We ordered some classics like the haemul pajeon, katsu ramen, half-half chicken, soft tofu soup, fried rice, and beef bulgogi. I believe all dinners come with banchan and rice. The food was great and reasonably priced. Would go again but maybe when it isn’t so packed.

Beef short rib soup: for $22.5, I expect at least one big chunk of short rib meat. But this one comes with bones with little meat. The soup was OK.

We have korean food once in a while, but this was pretty good. So we’d want to visit again. We ordered the spicy chicken Bulgogi and the Tofu Bibimbap in the stone pot. Both came steaming hot and were delicious. Portions were good too. Overall I’d give it 5 stars, but we felt it was on a pricier side. It has fewer vegetarian options too, but can ve customized a bit.

One of those experiences where you have high hopes and everything looks better than it is.

I’ve been here three times and loved every dish and all the banchan. Somehow they make a simple Veggie Kimbap taste amazing! I usually am hesitant on a bibimbap since it’s similar to just fried rice, but the flavor and and the quantity is superior to any other Korean restaurant I’ve been to.

We tried Danji for the first time, and everything we ordered was delicious! The wings were terrific and I especially enjoyed the seafood pajeon. They seemed understaffed so we had a 20min wait during the dinner rush.

Great Korean in Issaquah! So happy. Can be a wait for table as demand outstrips supply. Haven’t had anything on the menu i didn’t like. Be warned about the chicken, though… It’s wings instead of bigger parts. They are large and meaty, but no drumsticks, thighs, or breasts.
