There are a lot of Korean restaurants in Centerville, but I wanted to try an authentic one. After reading their reviews, I decide to give it a try. everything was excellent, from the mackerel fish to the bibimbap. I’ve spent a lot of time in Korea and enjoy eating Korean food and I have to say – I love this place. Next time, I’ll try some of their soup. Everyone has different tastes in food, but I definitely recommend it!

Best Korean restaurant in the DMV area. Everything was perfectly seasoned, not salty or bland at all. If you’re looking for a home cooked style restaurant, you must try out Danji.

1st visit and I was wowed by the delicious food and friendly services. I highly recommend both the Haemul Pajeon (Seafood and green onion pancake) and Bossam (Boiled sliced pork). These are best recovery meals after long run. Bring your appetite because the portion is BIG

Broiled mackerel and fried belt fish are good. I really liked how it fries belt fish. It’s outside is very crunch. The lunch specials are good deal. Bean paste soup (된장찌개) is always good. The service is always good; its waitresses are proactive about refilling banchans.

The best Korean restaurant that we’ve ever been I believe. Everything was very good. Big servings, and we over ordered but took them to go and ate the leftovers for dinner. Bossam’s very good, clean taste, and perfectly cooked. Haemul pajeun (seafood scallion pancake)was amazing also. Again, big serving. Quick service and our server was very nice. Bibimbap and bulgogi were good also. We enjoyed our experience. One thing though, you’ll have to endure an occasional break of fermented scent in the restaurant. Overall, it’s authentically great! BTW, I heard that there mackerel is the best, so we’re going back!

Danji is a wonderful Korean eatery that offers extremely authentic food. From the moment you walk in,v you are greeted warmly, allowed to sit just about any where you’d like and given the condiment food quickly ( things like cabbage kimchi, bean sprout kimchi, fish cakes, rice cakes etc.) They will also refill any of those for free so don’t be afraid to ask for more!

Ginseng chicken soup, grilled fish, and seafood pancake are our favorites here. Other dishes are quite tasty as well.
