Fun, busy, interesting place … Lots to see and great spot to have lunch … Lots of tables and chairs and a long row of those rental bicycles … The city sometimes scheduals art activities in the square that are interesting and fun …

The best Chicago Beef sandwich I’ve ever had, even over those from Chicago.

A very potentially nice place to have a meal at the food carts or just people watch. The problem is the people to watch are cigarette smoking, in your face, pan handlers who hate to take no for an answer. I feel moderately safe down there. If you go shortly after security has asked the unsavories to move along it can be nice.

A nexus of Eugene’s downtown peoples. Kesey Square allows space and some of coolest businesses to bring together a range of locals, professionals, and traveled street-folk scenes, expressing the city’s unique ethos. Despite some potential class friction, the spot continues to show the friendlier face of America’s increasingly conscious culture of consumerism on all bands of the lifestyle spectrum.

As with any place like this it is going to be pricey on both the food and drinks. The food was a bit cheaper then expected because we got there for happy hour. But the drinks were very good, I especially recommend their margaritas. Also the service was very friendly.

Really cool space to meet friends and get acquainted with Eugene residents who —-by the way —- are more weird than Portlandians.
