Danny’s Philly Steak is a family operated restaurant. Mom in the front, son in the back, a 2 man team from open to close. All our food is made to order. 11am until 1pm are our peak hours. We are a carry out style restaurant with very limited inside seating.

Food was very good. Fries were golden crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. The bacon was perfectly crispy and not too greasy on the cheese fries. The cheesesteak was perfectly prepared, the steak was still moist and the peppers and mushrooms still had some flavor and texture.

Family owned and the food is to die for the pork fried rice on god I’ve been ordering it for a week and not tired of it they are amazing people very heartwarming and welcoming make me feel at home the service I can say that mrs Teresa will treat you like one of her own 100% recommend this place to anyone in the Charleston downtown area their Phillysteaks are great fish and shrimp are def something to try, but keep in mind the “pork fried rice”

We came upon this little gem by accident, and it turned out to be amazing, and the food was so delicious. The owner son is the chef, handsome youngman. I must say who realized that I’m a picky eater and prepared by order better than I expected on a scale of 1-10. I will have to say they earned my 10. They are in a quaint little corner off of East Bay Street. Just before you get to Harris Teeter, you must try. I guarantee you will love it and return again even if it’s for take out. Oh, the wait was not long.

Really good food. I love Philly Steaks here. Not very juciy or hard as a rock bun. The owner is very friendly. To be able to place a Togo order or a call in order, you have to visit Danny Philly Steaks Charleston for their Charleston location. Inside the business downtown their isn’t a fountain soft drink machine. You have to buy the drinks by the bottle.
