My husband and I went in for an early supper and we were not disappointed. You come in and have the feeling of going over to close aunt and sitting in the kitchen enjoying a nice dinner from her. Very personable staff(owner) and just a relaxing setting. The salad bar was clean and well iced, sundae bar was clean and you could tell she kept it that way, and they were starting to paint the walls in the main dining room. This didn’t have any effect on the overall occasion. The price to portion equation was PERFECT. The only reason I gave four stars is because of the place you park in the back is icy. Now before we jump out our seats it is gravel naturally so I don’t know if they have a real remedy for it. But who knows the future plans. Thank you for the great time.. Remember spend locally.

Hands down one of the BEST patty melts I have ever had!! Service was amazing and their homemade 1000 Island salad dressing is out of this world!! We will definately be back!

2nd time I ordered a patty melt both times bread was burnt, this patty melt the meat was like a meat ball instead of a patty, the grilled onions were old and tough, one of the saddest patty melts ever. They gave it to me so no bill, but my dogs turned their nose up at the half I didn’t choke down. Service is always excellent but this is a simple sandwhich.

My husband and I order the chicken breast on rice. I ask for the mesquite seasoning on mine and honey mustard dressing for dipping. It’s a very good meal. I gave it a four because I’d like a few more toppings on the salad bar. We have been to Danny’s MANY times over the years and consistently received friendly service and good food.
